Happy New Year to you all!
There will be no resolutions here. I resolve not to make any resolutions.
I would like to say thank you to all of the new friends, new writers and readers that I’ve met this year. You have no idea how much joy you have all given me.
2015 started off with the death of a loved one and it just seemed to continue. Friends, family and even childhood heroes. I lost a lot this year, but as I sit here tonight, I realize I gained quite a lot too. I have a home, food, security and a job I love. That’s a lot more than most of the world has and I am thankful every day for my life, my family and my friends and of course my books!
I have read some amazing stories, and to all my blogger friends, that includes your stories! Some great poetry, had some serious political debates and made some new friends that I will forever cherish!
So what about 2016? Who knows! I’m hoping you all keep me supplied with great reading material and I have another year where I don’t have to cook anything…except tea, I can cook tea.
Personally, I have huge changes coming over the next few weeks and for once I’m just going with the flow and not trying to control every tiny aspect of this new adventure. Which is going to be very hard for me to do as I pretty much control everything in the general vicinity of where I am.
There are way too many of you to mention here, but you know who you are and I wish that this new year brings you good health, joy, freedom, security and Magic. Always leave room for a little Magic!
